EFT (Tapping)


The Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Meridian Tapping) is a recent discovery however, it has its origins in ancient Chinese medicine.

EFT is very similar to acupuncture, but instead of using needles, we stimulate the energy meridian points on the body by tapping them with the fingertips. It is an incredibly gentle technique and you remain relaxed and fully clothed at all times.

This technique can be used on anything. There are case studies where EFT has been successfully used on issues such as fears, phobias, anger, grief, anxiety, depression, weight loss, PTSD, worry, guilt, all limiting beliefs in sports, business and Performing arts...the list goes on.
